Ms Mandeep Kaur IAS (Jammu & Kashmir 2004) has been given the lateral shift from the post of Deputy Secretary, Department of Revenue to the post of Joint Development Commissioner (Deputy Secretary level), in the office of the Development Commissioner (MSME) under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises vice Shri S R Samuel IPS(Jammu & Kashmir 1999) for the balance period of her four years tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme i.e. up to 16.10.2020.
