Shri Surender Singh Rao, a private person has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) on contract basis to the Minister for Steel (Shri Chaudhany Birender Singh) in the Ministry of Steel, in relaxation of upper age limit, on co-terminus basis with the Minister.
