Vijay Kumar Dev, 1987 batch IAS of AGMUT cadre, is appointed as the new Adviser to the Administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh with immediate effect. He is replacing Shri K. K. Sharma, 1983 batch IAS officer of the same cadre. Presently, Mr. Dev is the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Delhi.
