Shri Lok Ranjan IAS (TR 1989) presently Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, on lateral shift basis, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 17.08.2022 vice Shri Devesh Chaturvedi IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1989).
Shri Ranjan was Principal Secretary in the Tourism Department of Tripura. He has been Government Nominee Director at ICICI Bank Limited since April 5, 2018. He served as a Government Nominee Director of Bank of Baroda from August 26, 2017 to April 5, 2018. Mr. Ranjan has been a Non-Executive and Government Nominee Director at The New India Assurance Company Limited
