Ms. Vandana Gurnani IAS (Karnataka 1991) presently Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare has been given upgradation on in-situ basis to the level of Additional Secretary to the GoI by temporarily upgrading the posts as Additional Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare.
