Shri Upamanyu Basu IRS (IT 1989) has been appointed as Joint Secretary , Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or upto his superannuation on 31.03.2023 or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, vice Shri Aditya Kumar Joshi, IFoS (MT:1989).
