Shri Sanjay Mitra IAS (West Bengal 1982) presently Defence Secretary has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Defence Research and Development and Chairman, Defence Research Development Organization (DRDO) for a period of three months with effect from 29.05.2018 and until further orders.
