Ms. Prerna Sharma IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 2014) has been given Inter Cadre Transfer Assam-Meghalaya cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Mridul Chowdhary IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2014), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Assam, Meghalaya and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government .
