The Special Commissioner of Police (Traffic Division), Delhi Police, heads one of the most critical wings of the force, responsible for ensuring smooth vehicular movement and road safety across the National Capital Territory. The division manages traffic regulation, enforcement of road laws, accident prevention, and public awareness initiatives. It operates an extensive network of traffic personnel, control rooms, and surveillance systems to monitor real-time conditions and manage congestion effectively.
