Shri Naba Kumar Pal YOA (2008) presently Director in the Ministry, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Chad.
Shri Naba Kumar Pal (YOA: 2008) is a distinguished officer of the Indian Foreign Service who has steadily built a reputation for his nuanced understanding of diplomacy, particularly in the domains of political engagement, media outreach, and cultural diplomacy.
