State’s infrastructure push fuels UPAVP’s record ₹5,000 crore asset sales |
Indian Bureaucracy News, Lucknow, March 28, 2026 | The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board, popularly known as Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP), has reported property sales of around ₹5,000 crore in the financial year 2025–26, as per an official statement released by the Board today (28.03.2026).
The increase in annual transaction volumes reflects Uttar Pradesh’s growing position as an investment destination, with improving business sentiment and rising buyer confidence supporting the state’s real estate market.
The impressive figure of ₹5,000 crore was achieved through six e-auctions conducted during the financial year, along with various other registrations opened from time to time by the board. The higher sales volumes reflect the state’s continued focus on improving infrastructure, enhancing connectivity, and leveraging digital platforms to facilitate smooth transactions.
In the sixth and the final e-auction of the fiscal year, held during the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri on March 25, 2026, the Board offered a wide range of properties across various cities, realising ₹1,565 crore from the sale of residential, commercial, educational, and group housing land. Notably, during Dussehra 2025, the Board had recorded e-auction sales of ₹1,178 crore. The latest auction included plots in the proposed IT City under Vrindavan Yojana in Lucknow, as well as plots for hotels, hospitals, and other commercial uses under the Greenfield Township in Ayodhya.

Rooted deep in traditions, these festivals symbolises prosperity and new beginnings. It is widely believed that investing in property during this sacred period brings good fortune and long-term blessings to the family.
With this achievement, the Board has set a new milestone through its e-auction initiatives. The state’s adoption of the e-auction-based sales model has been an important factor in boosting transaction volumes, as the mechanism ensures greater transparency and streamlines the entire sales process.

वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में परिषद ने ₹5000 करोड़ की संपत्तियों का विक्रय कर स्थापित किया नया कीर्तिमान
उत्तर प्रदेश आवास एवं विकास परिषद द्वारा चैत्र नवरात्रि के शुभ अवसर पर दिनांक 25 मार्च 2026 को आयोजित ई-नीलामी में लगभग ₹ 1565 करोड़ मूल्य की संपत्तियों का सफलता पूर्वक निस्तारण किया गया।
इस उपलब्धि के साथ परिषद ने ई-नीलामी के माध्यम से एक और महत्वपूर्ण कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि वर्ष 2025 में दशहरा के शुभ अवसर पर आयोजित ई-नीलामी में परिषद द्वारा ₹1,178 करोड़ मूल्य की संपत्तियों का विक्रय किया गया था।
इसी क्रम में वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 की छठी एवं अंतिम ई-नीलामी, जो 25 मार्च 2026 को आयोजित की गई, उसमें परिषद ने ₹ 1,565 करोड़ मूल्य के संपत्तियों का सफल निस्तारण कर एक नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया।
इस प्रकार वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में आयोजित 6 सफल ई-नीलामियों एवम समय समय पर खोले गए विभिन्न पंजीकरणों के माध्यम से परिषद द्वारा अब तक लगभग ₹5,000 करोड़ मूल्य की संपत्तियों का विक्रय किया जा चुका है।
दिनांक 25 मार्च 2026 को आयोजित ई-नीलामी में परिषद द्वारा विभिन्न शहरों में स्थित योजनाओं के अंतर्गत आवासीय भवन/भूखंड, व्यावसायिक एवं शैक्षणिक भूखंड, ग्रुप हाउसिंग भूखंड, लखनऊ की वृन्दावन योजना में प्रस्तावित आईटी सिटी के अंतर्गत भूखंड तथा ग्रीन फील्ड टाउनशिप अयोध्या में होटल, हॉस्पिटल आदि हेतु भूखंड उपलब्ध कराए गए।
