Indian Bureaucracy News, Bhopal, September 30, 2025 | The Madhya Pradesh government on Tuesday issued transfer orders for 24 senior IAS officers (dt 30.09.2025) belonging to the 2010–2016 batches. The officers, each with over ten years of experience in the state administrative system, form part of the mid-level bureaucratic management.
A majority of the transfers pertain to district-level assignments, with 14 officers posted as Collectors and Divisional Commissioners across various districts. Several others have been appointed as Additional Secretaries in departments such as Urban Development and Housing, Tribal Welfare, Public Works, Revenue, Forest, and Tourism Development.
The changes include new district administrators for over ten districts — Bhind, Morena, Panna, Narsinghpur, Pandhurna, Seoni, Alirajpur, Dindori, Niwari, Chhindwara, and Ratlam — as well as key postings in the state capital, Bhopal, with Sanskriti Jain of 2015 batch taking over as Commissioner of the Bhopal Municipal Corporation . The latest round of transfers follows the recent posting of 18 entry-level IAS officers, indicating continued administrative reorganisation within the state machinery.

- Shri Sheelendra Singh IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2010), presently Collector, District Chhindwara, is transferred and appointed as Additional Secretary – Urban Development and Housing Department, Madhya Pradesh.
- Smt Neha Marvya Singh IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2011), presently Collector, District Dindori, is transferred and appointed as Director – Nomadic and Semi Nomadic Tribes Department, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
- Shri Sanjeev Shrivastava IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2011), presently Collector, District Bhind, is transferred and appointed as Additional Secretary – Public Works Department (PWD), Madhya Pradesh.
- Smt Usha Parmar IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2011), presently Additional Commissioner (Revenue), Bhopal Division, Bhopal, is transferred and appointed as Collector – District Panna, Madhya Pradesh.
- Shri Shivraj Singh Verma IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2011), presently Additional Secretary – Urban Development and Housing Department, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, is transferred and appointed as Additional Commissioner – Revenue, Bhopal Division, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
- Shri Rajesh Batham IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2012), presently Collector, District Ratlam, is transferred and appointed as Additional Secretary – Forest Department, Madhya Pradesh.
- Smt Rajani Singh IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2013), presently Officer on Special Duty (OSD)-cum-Labour Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh, Indore, is transferred and appointed as Collector – District Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh.
- Shri Neeraj Kumar Vaishisht IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2013), presently Director – Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribe, Bhopal, is transferred and appointed as Collector – District Pandhurna, Madhya Pradesh.
