Shri M S Patel IAS (Gujarat 2004) presently Collector of Surat district, has been appointed to Gandhinagar as the Commissioner of Municipalities Administration, a new post created by the Urban Development and Urban Housing department vice Shri Dhaval Patel IAS (2008).
