Shri Binoy Kumar IAS (TG 1983) presently Special Secretary, Logistics, Department of Commerce has been appointed  as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Steel. The officer will take over as Secretary, Ministry of Steel on superannuation of Smt.Aruna Sharma IAS (MP:82) on 31.08.2018.
