6 IAS transfers in Punjab Government

Punjab Government has issued transfer and posting orders of six IAS, one IRS and one PCS officers with immediate effect

1. Shri Baldeo Purushartha IAS (Punjab) has been appointed as Secretary, Expenditure (Department of
   Finance),has been given additional charge as Secretary, Governance Reforms, in addition Secretary, Punjab State Governance Reforms Commission and in addition Secretary, Grievances Redressal,
2. Shri Arun Sekhri IAS presently Special Secretary, Personnel, has been given additional charge as Special Secretary, Vigilance and in addition Special Secretary, Coordination & Protocol
3. Ms Indu Mahlotra IAS presently Managing Director, Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation, has been given additional charge as Managing Director, Punjab State Financial Corporation, in addition Special Secretary, NRI Affairs and in addition Commissioner, NRI Affairs.
4. Shri Tej Partap Singh Phoolka IAS presently as Special Secretary, Housing and Urban Development, has been given additional charge as Director Lotteries, in addition Special Secretary, Finance and in addition Director, Town and Country Planning,
5. Ms Deepti Uppal IAS presently Chief Executive Officer, Amritsar Smart City Limited, Amritsar, has been given additional charge as Chief Administrator, Amritsar Development Authority, Amritsar and in addition Addtional Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Amritsar
6. Shri Vishesh Sarangal IAS presently as Chief Executive Officer, Jalandhar Smart City Limited, Jalandhar, has been given additional charge as Chief Administrator, Jalandhar Development Authority, Jalandhar and in addition Additional Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar.

Ms Garima Singh IRS has been appointed as Special Secretary, Finance

Shri Moneesh Kumar PCS has been transferred and appointed as Additional Secretary, Forests and Wild Life, in addition Additional Secretary, Defence Services Welfare and in addition Director, Hospitality.
