4 J&K IAS Transfers | Indian Bureaucracy News | The J&K Govt has shifted 4 IAS Officers with immediate effect with Rohit Kansal IAS (1995) presently Principal Secretary- Planning, Development and Monitoring Dept now transferred as Principal Secretary- Power Development Dept, also holding charge of Administrative Secretary- Information Department, MD- J&K Power Development Corporation Limited and MD- J&K Power Corporation Limited, in addition to his own duties, till further orders. He shall also hold the charge of Principal Secretary (Coordination)- with the Central Govt for review and monitoring of issues/projects, M Raju IAS (2005) presently Secretary- Power Development Dept is now transferred as Secretary- Planning, Development and Monitoring Dept with the charge of Administrative Secretary- Hospitality & Protocol, Estates, Civil Aviation Depts and MD- J&K Project Construction Corporation Limited in addition, Owais Ahmed IAS (2014) presently CEO- Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA) is now transferred to GAD for further posting though continuing to work in COVID-19 mitigation activities in Kashmir Division while Bipul Pathak IAS (1992) presently Principal Secretary to Lieutenant Governor with additional charge of Administrative Secretary- Science & Technology and Information Technology Depts shall also hold the charge of CEO- Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA) in addition.
