Shri Kailash Kumar Aggarwal IRSE (Civil) (1987) presently Joint Secretary, Ministry of Shipping , has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre on grounds of availing promotion in the cadre.Shri Aggarwal has earlier held the position of Executive Director at Ministry of Railways. He has handled projects planning, project management, project execution and project monitoring at various level for infrastructure projects.
