In a Major bureaucratic reshuffle in Himachal Pradesh Government On the recommendations of the Civil Services Board, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the transfers and postings of the following Indian

Administrative Service Officers, with immediate effect, in the public interest:-

  1. Shri B K Agarwal IAS (HP:1985), presently awaiting posting, as Additional Chief Secretary (Home & Vigilance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the posts of Additional Chief Secretary (Health & Family Welfare) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and FC (Appeals) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  2. Shrikant Baldi IAS (HP:1985), Additional Chief Secretary (Finance, Planning, Economics & Statistics, 20 Point Programme and Agriculture) to the Government of’ Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary (Information & Public Relations) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  1. Manisha Nanda IAS (HP:1985), Additional Chief Secretary-cum Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, who is also holding additional charge of the posts of Additional Chief Secretary (Environment, Science & Technology, Information & Public Relations, Tourism & Civil Aviation) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and Chairperson, H.P. State Pollution Control Board, Shimla, as Additional Chief Secretary (PWD) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. She will also hold additional charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary-cum-FC (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and Pr. Resident Commissioner, Government of Himachal Pradesh, New Delhi.
  1. Shri Anil Kumar Khachi IAS (HP:1986), Advisor (Coordination), Government of Himachal Pradesh, New Delhi, Additional Chief Secretary (PWD) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, FC (Appeals) and Chairman, H.P. Sales Tax Tribunal, Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P. as Advisor (Coordination), Government of Himachal Pradesh, New Delhi, Additional Chief Secretary (Finance, Planning, Economics & Statistics and 20 Point Programme) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also function as FC (Appeals).
  2. Shri Ram Subhag Singh IAS (HP:1987), Additional Chief Secretarycum-FC (Revenue) and Additional Chief Secretary (Transport) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Additional Chief Secretary (Tourism & Civil Aviation) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will hold additional charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary (Urban Dev.) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. He will also function as FC (Appeals).
  1. Shri Tarun Kapoor IAS (HP:1987), Additional Chief Secretary (Forests, TCP, UD, Housing and YSS) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Additional Chief Secretary (MPP & Power, NCES, Forests, Environment, Science & Technology) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Chairman, HP State Electricity Board Ltd., Shimla. He will also function as FC (Appeals).
  1. Shri Sanjay Gupta IAS (HP:1988), Principal Secretary (Technical Education, Animal Husbandry and RPG) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Principal Secretary (Ayurveda, Cooperation) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, relieving Smt. Nisha Singh, IAS (HP1987) of the additional charge of the Ayurveda Department. Shri Sanjay Gupta, IAS, will also hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (RPG) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  1. Shri R D Dhiman IAS (HP:1988), Principal Secretary (Personnel, MPP & Power, NCES, Cooperation and Industries) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and Chairman, H.P. State Electricity Board Ltd., Shimla, as Principal Secretary (Industries, Technical Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (Horticulture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  2. Shri Prabod Saxena IAS (HP:1990), Principal Secretary (Health & FW and Home & Vigilance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Principal Secretary (TCP & Housing) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (Personnel and Training & FA) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

10.Shri Jagdish Chander IAS (HP:1991), Principal Secretary (Horticulture, Excise & Taxation and IT) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Principal Secretary (Excise & Taxation) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (Transport & IT) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

11.Shri Onkar Chand Sharma IAS (HP:1994), Principal Secretary (Food, Civil Supplies & CA, TD and Training & FA) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, Principal Secretary (TD, Food and Civil Supplies & CA) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (Agriculture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

12.Dr. R N Batta IAS (HP:2000), Secretary (Rural Dev. & Panchayati Raj) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Secretary (Project Monitoring) to Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh and Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Secretary (Rural Dev. & Panchayati Raj) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and Secretary (Project Monitoring) to Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Secretary (GAD, Parliamentary Affairs, SAD and Sainik Welfare Department) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

13.Shri Akshay Sood IAS (HP:2001), Secretary (GAD and Parliamentary Affairs) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Secretary (Finance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will function under the over all control of Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

14.Shri Dinesh Malhotra IAS (HP:2001), Managing Director, HPMC, Shimla, who is holding additional charge of the posts of Commissioner, Departmental Enquiries, Himachal Pradesh and Divisional Commissioner, Shimla Division at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, as Secretary (YSS) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Commissioner, Departmental Enquiries, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

15.Dr. Sunil Kumar Chaudhary IAS (HP:2001), Secretary (SAD & Sainik Welfare Department) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Divisional Commissioner, Shimla Division at Shimla, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Managing Director, H.P. Financial Corporation Ltd., Shimla, relieving Shri Himanshu Shekhar Chaudhary, IAS (HP:2008), of this additional charge,

16.Shri Rakesh Kanwar IAS (HP:2007), Director, Rural Dev. & Panchayati Raj-cum-ex-officio Special Secretary (Rural Dev. & Panchayati Raj) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, relieving Shri Devesh Kumar, IAS (HP:1998) of this additional charge. He will also hold additional charge of the post of State Project Director, Zero Budget Natural Farming under the Department of Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh.

17.Shri Rohan Chand Thakur IAS (HP:2009), Director, Information Technology, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, shall also hold additional charge of the post of Managing Director, H.P. Kaushal Vikas Nigam, Shimla. Shri Rajesh Sharma, IFS (HP:2000) is hereby repatriated to his parent department i.e. Forest Department for his further posting.

18.Shri Chander Prakash Verma IAS (HP:2010), Director, H.P. Institute of Public Administration, Shimla, as Director, Rural Dev. & Panchayati Raj-cum-ex-officio Special Secretary (Rural Dev. & Panchayati Raj) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Director, H.P. Institute of Public Administration, Shimla.
