Shri Zaffar Shawal KAS presently Deputy Director, Estates, Kashmir, is transferred and appointed as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Budgam. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Collector, Land Acquisition, Special Army (Budgam and Srinagar), in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
