Shri Vijay has held various positions in senior levels such as Chief Executive Officer Uttarakhand Forest Hospital Trust,CEO of Uttarakhand CAMPA authority, Managing Director UPASaC (not for profit Company), Chief Project Director IFAD, Member Secretary & Chief Executive Uttarakhand Environment Protection & Pollution Control Board, Conservator of Forest under Uttarakhand Govt and OSD in NOIDA Authority under UP Govt.
DR Vijay Kumar holds PhD in Environmental Governance from NLU Jodhpur, MBA in Strategy and Finance from Swinburne University of Technology Melbourne (Australia), PG Dip. In Environmental Law, MSc (Forestry)/IFS, M.Tech. in Geotechnical Engineering from IIT Bombay and BE (Hons) in Civil Engineering from BITS Pilani.
