Shri V K Saksena IRS (IT 1984) presently CVO, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(PGClL), Delhi , gas been given additional charge of the post of CVO, National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. (NTPC), Delhi from 22.08.2016 and continuation of additional charge of the post for a period up to 30.11.2018.
Shri Saksena has served in various capacities including administrative, appellate and has also handled judicial and vigilance assignments. He has also worked in the Tax Policy and Legislation Division in the Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Finance. He has attended a UNDP training programme on Techniques of Tax Audit and Collection in Los Angles, USA.
