Shri Urvinder Pal Singh Madan IAS (Maharashtra 1983) presently Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra has been appointed as Advisor to Chief Minister of Maharashtra( Shri Devendra Fadnavis). Shri Madan had served as Commissioner of the MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) which is headed by the CM, Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd.He had also worked as the Chief Electoral Officer, Maharashtra.
