3 Bihar IAS Transfers – In an Indian bureaucracy news update , the Bihar Government has shifted 3 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers across the state with Bandana Preyashi IAS (2003) presently awaiting orders now being appointed as Secretary- Cooperatives Dept, Lokesh Kumar Singh IAS (2003) presently Secretary- Health Dept in Patna now transferred as Secretary (Resource)- Finance Dept while Palka Sahni IAS (2004) presently ED- PFC, Ministry of Power (on central deputation) is now appointed as Special Resident Commissioner- Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi.
