Ms Surina Rajan, IAS (HY:1985), is promoted as Additional Secretary, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence. She replaces Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, IAS (TN:1981). Prior to this appointment she was Joint Secretary, Department of Defence.
