Ms. Usha Sharma, IAS (RJ:1985) is promoted as Additional Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. She replaces Mr. Arun Jha, IAS, of BH;1981. Prior to this appointment she was the Additional Director General, Ministry of Tourism.
