Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, IAS (BH:1983), is the new Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture. He replaces Mr. Pradeep Kumar Pujari, IAS (GJ:1981).
