Suresh Kumar Home Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir has been  transferred, days after the controversy over the release of hardline separatist leader Masarat Alam.Kumar, a 1986 batch IAS officer of J&K cadre, has been transferred to a much less important post of Director General of J&K Institute of Management.
