 Dr. Shaik Darvesh Saheb IPS (Karala 1990) presently DGP of Prisons and Correctional Services , has been appointed as Karala DGP . He will succeed Anil Kant (IPS:1988:KL), who retires on June 30, 2023.He has also served as the Additional Director General of Police (Vigilance & Anti-Corruption Bureau) and ADGP (Crimes).
