Shri Anurag Verma IAS (Punjab ) presently Principal Secretary, Govt of Punjab, Home Affairs & Justice Deptt , has been appointed Chief Secretary of Punjab and also hold additional charge as Principal Secretary, Department of Personnel and Vigilance.. He will take over the charge from incumbent Vijay Kumar Janjua on July 1 upon the latter’s superannuation on June 30.
