Shri Satyajit Mohanty IRS (C&CE 1999) presently Director (ICD), has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas (PNG) and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Shri Dharmendra Pradhan) in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas at the level of Director for a period of five years.
