Shri Samir Kumar Sinha IAS (Assam Meghalaya 1994) presently Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Health & Family Welfare, Finance and Pension & Public Grievances Departments and Additional Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi is transferred and substantively posted as Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Finance Department.
