Ms. Sahila IAS (Tripura 2018) has been given from inter Cadre transfer form Tripura cadre to Bihar cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Nitin Kumar Singh IAS (Bihar 2018) , powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Tripura and Bihar, the Central Government.
