Shri Sachin Kumar Vaishy IAS (Jammu & Kashmir 2015) presently SubDivisional Magistrate, Khaltsi, upon his promotion to the Senior Tme Scale of IAS, , has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, relieving Mr. Moses Kunzang, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Leh of the additional charge of the post.
