Shri S M Vijayanand IAS (KL:1981) presently Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Rural Development vice Shri Jugal Kishore Mohapatra, IAS (OR:1979) consequent on his superannuation on 29.02.2016.
