Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1987) presently Administrator, Universal Services Obligation Fund as has been appointed Administrator, Universal Services Obligation Fund, in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary, by temporarily upgrading the post to the level of Additional Secretary for a period of two years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
