Ms Rinku Dhugga IAS (AGMUT 1994) presently Financial Commissioner has been appointed as Chairperson-cum-Managing Director (Delhi Financial Corporation) relieving Ms. Renu Sharma, IAS(AGMUT 1988). Further, Ms. Rinku Dhugga IAS shall continue to hold the additional charge of Secretary (Art, Culture & Language).
