Administrative Rejig in Kerala – 15 IAS Reshuffled | The Kerala Govt has shifted 15 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect, the full list of the names is :

  1. Dr Asha Thomas IAS (1988) presently Additional Chief Secretary-  Personnel and Administrative Department to hold the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary- Health & Family Welfare (Medical Education) Department including Kerala University of Health Sciences , Kerala .
  2. Shri Teeka Ram Meena IAS (1988) presently Chief Electoral Officer- Kerala and Additional Chief Secretary- Election Department transferred as Additional Chief Secretary- Planning & Economic Affairs Department , Kerala .
  3. Dr V Venu IAS (1990) presently Additional Chief Secretary- Planning & Economic Affairs Department transferred as Additional Chief Secretary- Higher Education Department  The officer will hold the full additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary-, Tourism Dept , Kerala.
  4. Smt Sarada Muraleedharan IAS (1990) Additional Chief Secretary- Local Self Government Department posted as Additional Chief Secretary- Local Self Government (Urban &Rural) Department , Kerala.
  5. Shri Bishwanath Sinha IAS (1992) presently Principal Secretary- Taxes Department  transferred as Principal Secretary- Electronics and Information Technology Department  The officer will hold the additional charges of Principal Secretary- Programme Implementation and Monitoring Department and Principal Secretary- Urban-Waste to Energy Programme of Local Self Government Department , Kerala.
  6. Shri Rajesh Kumar Sinha IAS (1994) presently Principal Secretary- Forest and Wild Life Department to hold the additional charge of Industries (Coir) Department in addition to the existing additional charges , Kerala.
  7. Smt Rani George IAS (1996) presently Principal Secretary- Cultural Affairs Department, to hold full additional charges of Principal Secretary- Social Justice Department and Women and Child Development Department , Kerala.
  8. Dr Sharmila Mary Joseph IAS (1997) presently Secretary- Ayush Department transferred as Secretary- Taxes Department. He will hold the additional charges of Sports and Youth Affairs Department and Ayush Department , Kerala.
  9. Smt Tinku Biswal IAS (1997) presently Secretary- Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Department to hold the full additional charge of Secretary- Ports Department, Kerala.
  10. Shri Anand Singh IAS (2000) presently Commissioner- Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department transferred as Secretary- Public Works Department.  He will hold the additional charges of Project Director-, Kerala State Transport Project and Special Officer- Capital Region Development Project, Kerala.
  11. Shri Sanjay M Kaul IAS (2001) presently Secretary- Finance (Expenditure) Department designated  as Chief Electoral Officer- Kerala by the ECI and transferred as Chief Electoral Officer- Kerala & Secretary- Election Department. He will hold the additional charges of Secretary, Finance (Expenditure) Department and Chairman & Managing Director, Kerala Financial Corporation, subject to ratification by the Election Commission of India .
  12. Shri Saurabh Jain IAS (2002) presently Secretary- Taxes (Excise) Department  transferred as Secretary- Local Self Government (Urban) Department . The officer will hold the additional charge of Secretary, Taxes (Excise) Department , Kerala.
  13. Dr  Rathan U Kelkar IAS (2003) presently Secretary- Agriculture Development and Farmer’s Welfare Department  transferred  as Commissioner- Kerala State Goods & Services Tax Department  , Kerala.
  14. Shri Biju Prabhakar IAS (2004) presently Secretary- Social Justice Department transferred as Secretary- Transport Department  The officer will hold the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director- Kerala State Road Transport Corporation Ltd
  15. Smt C A Latha IAS (2005) presently Director- Fisheries Department  transferred as Secretary- Information and Public Relations Department , Kerala.
