Shri Rakesh Kanwar IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2007) presently Director, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj-cum-ex-officio Special Secretary (Rural Development and Panchayati Raj) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, cancel the transfer order as Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla  issued vide this department’s notification of even number dated 12^th May, 2018,. However, Shri Rakesh Kanwar, IAS, will continue to hold the additional charge of the post of State Project Director, Zero Budget Natural Farming under the Department of Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh.
