Shri Rakesh Kanwar IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2007) presently Director, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj-cum-ex-officio Special Secretary (Rural Development and Panchayati Raj) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, cancel the transfer order as Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla issued vide this department’s notification of even number dated 12th May, 2018,. However, Shri Rakesh Kanwar, IAS, will continue to hold the additional charge of the post of State Project Director, Zero Budget Natural Farming under the Department of Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh.
