Shri Raghvendra Singh IAS (Bihar 2013) has been given Inter cadre transfer from Bihar Cadre to Madhya Pradesh Cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Rajani Singh IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2013) powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, the Central Government.
