Shri Rajesh Kumar Sharma IAS (Jharkhand 2003), presently Director- State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), Jharkhand with Additional charge as Director, Swachh Bharat Mission has been appointed as Secretary of Higher, Technical and Skill Development Department. He has been given additional charge of the Director of SUDA.
