Shri Pranjal Yadav IAS (UP 2006) presently posted as District Magistrate, Varanasi has been transferred as Special Secretary to Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav.

Shri Pranjal is a BTech in Mechanical Engg from IIT Roorkee and started his Indian bureaucracy career in 2006 and has worked as Asst Collector-Allahabad, Jt. Collector-Siddharth Nagar and DM Maharajganj.
