Odisha Reshuffle – 5 IAS transfers in Odisha Bureaucracy | The Naveen Patnaik Govt has shifted 5 Indian Administrative Service Officers across the state with Nikunja Bihari Dhal IAS (1993) presently ACS – Energy Department and Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) now posted as the Chief Electoral Officer – Odisha while Sushil Kumar Lohani IAS (1995) presently Chief Electoral Officer – Odisha posted as the Principal Secretary- Panchayati Raj Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary – Excise Department.

Satyabrata Sahu IAS (1991) presently ACS  – Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar posted as Special Commissioner- Relief , Odisha , Sanjay Kumar Singh IAS (1997) presently Secretary- I& PR Department given the additional charge of Principal Secretary – Energy Department while Gyanaranjan Das IAS (2007) presently  ED – Orissa State Disaster Mitigation Authority (OSDMA), Odisha is now posted as MD  – Odisha State Disaster Management Authority.
