Indian Bureaucracy News : Pending finalization of the select list on the advice of the Odisha Public Service Commission, the following OAS Gr.A (Senior Branch) officers are promoted to the rank of OAS (Supertime scale) on ad hoc basis for a period not exceeding one year or till receipt of recommendation of OPSC or till their retirement, whichever is earlier.

  1. Shri Arun Kumar Behera OASA (SB) presently  Deputy Secretary to Government- Labour & ESI Department-cum OSD- Odisha Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board has been promoted as Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar.
  2. Ms Sibani Mohanty OAS Gr.A (SB) presently Establishment Officer- Office of the Lokpal, Odisha, Bhubnaeswar has been promoted as Administrative Officer, CHSE, Bhubaneswar. (Foreign service terms and conditions)
  3. Shri Arup Kumar Sahoo OASA (SB) presently P.S. to Hon’ble Minister, ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare has been promoted and allowed  to continue in same capacity .
