Ms. Nitu IAS (Manipur 2017) has been given Inter Cadre Transfer from Manipur cadre to West Bengal cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Prashant Raj Shukla IAS (West Bengal 2017), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Manipur and West Bengal, the Central Government .
