Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB) which is an attached office of Ministry of Defence runs various welfare schemes for ex-servicemen with the help of Rajya Sainik Boards. To avail the benefits of welfare schemes of KSB, the beneficiaries apply online on the website of KSB. The applications are scrutinized and verified by respective Rajya Sainik Boards/Zila Sainik Board. After approval, KSB credits the amount directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
