   Request to investigate the matter of FIR no. 283 dt, 19.10.2018 by civil lines Rohtak by crime branch or CBI under the supervision of IGP Rohtak along with the FIRs loadged against this Criminal Group king pin by Joginder Dalal and Sarita Kawatsara of Rohtak supported by Jitender Yadav Sandeep Chahal Priyanka Kawatsara.This group is looting one to 5 crore rs per day from innocent people students and govt. of India can be proved by FIRs Loadged against them are FIR No. 457 by city police Rohtak in July 2012 Fir No 238 by madhav nagar ps Ujjain in 2018 Fir No 194 by Bhiwani City in april 2018 Fir no 283 by Rohtak city police Fir No. 151 of 2019 by Thane Maharashtra and Fir No. 3 of 2019 by svb panchkulla and various crime didn’t come in front of the police due the the financial political police pressure of this group. If my complaint of nov. 2016 has been looked after by Rohtak Police then this man known as Joginder Dalal of Rohtak couldnot have earged over 5 to 7 thousand crores benami property in the past 4 years. I have sent the details of his properties and the copies of the said FIRS to the Police as well as vigilance but all vain due to their jurisdiction problems.
   I request you to depute an honest Indian Police Officer having its Jurisdiction all over India to investigate this matter considering all the FIRs against this group as Indian Jurisdiction and not a state jurisdiction.This is question of thousands of innocent students whose life has been spoiled by this group but also the nation to whom this group has issued the lacs of degrees by their UGC approved universities to the fake students and the proffs has been given to the police but all vain due to the problem of jurisdiction and some police officers are like DSP Davender Singh of J.K.
   All the proffs has been sent to DGP Haryana as well as DGP Vigilance Haryana and they are waiting for your order to depute an investigation officer from the Indian Intelligence and not state police. If all the Fir read together you will find that how big crime is being managed by this group and looting one to 5 crore rs per day. I have sent the proofs on Mr. Amuj Sharma ji mail also and can be sent to you also.
   This letter is being written to our Hon ble Prime Minister Modi ji with the powers over the country without any jurisdiction and hope that an Honest officer with Indian jurisdiction will be appointed to look into the matter and save the country from these white coller criminals.

   Hon ble Sir,

   Do you know that the complaints and letters are being sent to your office are being thrown in the dustbins without any action as there is no follow up from your side. Comman man think that letter to PM of India Home Minister of India CM and Chief secretaries of the state may help them to get Justice but they are just wasting their time and the state police do not take action against the accused due to jurisdiction problems or the political and their own admin pressure. I have made several complaints against Joginder Dalal 133 Ram Gopal Colony Rohtak and Sarita Kawatsara his partner in all illegal activities and my complaints have been forward by you to various departments but have gone to the dust bin due to his political financial and police protection from the state. FIR no. 283 dt 19.10.2018 has took 2 years after my complaint and only SP Bali Singh from vigilance department Rohtak has made some efforts to investigate the matter and recommended to lodge FIR against the accused but you will surprise to note that no action has been taken against the accused again after the lapse of one year after the FIR lodged.

   If the police would have took action against my complaint of November 2016 addressed to SSP Rohtak then my country would have saved from over lacs of fake doctors PHD Engineers Arcititacts lawyers teacher diploma Holders B Pharma D Pharma and even CA and over 2 to 3 hundred professional courses by his OPJS University Churu and over 20 other educational institutes created by him after 2013in the differentparts of the country and established various companies such as OK life care pvt ltd Rohtak ok tv channel tora tv and various other companies and now also shifted to Mumbai to make films for his son.

   This man is earning one crore to 5 crore rs. per day by way of selling degrees by his ugc approved university over 2 to 300 professional courses to the fake students instantly i.e. any one can take degree in a day and playing with the life of some genuine students took admission thinking that this is a UGC approved University and that is. He is also selling fake medicines by his company known as OK life care pvt ltd. Rohtak and an FIR no 238 has been lodged against Joginder dalal in Madhav Nagar Ujjain police station 420 406 34 still pending and no action by police and you are the better judge to find the reason behind this.

   I am attaching here with a PDF file for some brief history of this man and what ever I am writing have the proofs with me which may help you to depute an honest officer like SP Bali Singh Vigilance Department now posted in Hissar Haryana either from CBI or Crime Branch from Delhi Center and you will not only save the lacs of youths of the country being a part of his racket looting the innocent people of the country and govt of India by way of getting grant under the higher education scheme introduced by the govt of India to OBC Candidate and can also recover his benami property over 5 to 7 thousand crore rs in India and abroad created during past 3 to 4 years..

   Not even a single student is studying in the university as only 15 to 20 person are there to look after all the activities and out of which 14 person were booked by Bhiwani Police vide their FIR no 194 dt 5.04.2018 by Bhiwani city but all vain the proffs are available and are subject to investigation .

   History of Joginder Dalal s o Om prakash 133 ram gopal colony rohtak p. no 7206660000 sarita kawatsara 7206770000 This man was zero and was a part and parcel and was an suspect of a murder case which the i.o.was Inspector. Dharmender Dangi of Delhi Police and rest of the matter you can asked from him.Then after getting the relief from this matter he got a Job of TT in Indian Railway and also became the member of Haryana boxing championship. Then he grab captured a school later known as Indian sports public school at Nehru colony Rohtak and a case was register against him slapping a policeman opposed the students to do cheating in his school during examination and Mr Anil Malik was the DC of Rohtak at that time but all vain. In 2011 a case was registered against him selling fake degree of Sohibit University Merrut but all vain. Then people of Rohtak came to know that 6 B,ed colleges of Joginder dalal has been Disaffiliated by MDU Rohtak due to sex abuse in his college and Joginder Dalal demanded 10 thousand rs per student from the B.ed students during practical and a big aggitaion and road jams were and vedio recording of road jams and beating the students with kulhadi axe is available.and FIR no 457 in july 2012 has been lodged against joginder dalal and sarita kawatsara by city rohtak under sections 294 323 342 506 34 but all vain due to his money political and police power.

   Then he registered over 10 companies in 2013 mostly on the name of ok group along with opjs university with an initial capital of 1 lac and started opjs univerty in october 2013 and from 2014 started selling the degree and diplomas to the fake students. This can be proved and the proofs are available. Then he started OK tv channel tora tv under some rented liciance and now at the same palace ok life care which was established in 2016 is running under the supervision of sarita kawatsara and no medicine is being manufactured and a case was registered for selling fake medicine to c cancer patient and charged rs. 1200000 12 lacs vide FIR no 238 dt 2 .04.2018 at Madahav Nagar Police Station Ujjain M.P. Still pending but all vain.

   On 13 th dec 2018 a student from Manipur gone to the university to collect his degree of PHD and he has asked to come after one week and then he came to Rohtak and met Sarita Kawatsara and Joginder Dalal and gone back to university on 14th December after their assurance and university has issued the degree to him Photos are available while taking degree then he was sent to Narnaul to take the Signature of the Registrar Jitinder Yadav and at Narnaul he was attempt to murder by Jitiner Yadav and Jiteneder yadav has sanached his mark sheets , mobile and money and any how he ran from their and spent the whole night in a stone crasser plant and reached at Delhi and reported his matter to DCP R.K.Puram and after getting his medical written a letter to SP narnaul to lodged thr FIR against Jitender Yadav but all vain even though a letter from the CM office Manipur has also been written to SSP as well as DGP Haryana but all vain.

   Now a FIR no. 151.2019 has been lodged against the university and joginder dalal charging 8 crore 40 lac rs. for over 400 para medical students of Thane Maharashtra by Kpaurbadi P.S. Thane dist Maharashtra and matter is still pending without any arrest.

   Account General Chandigarh is also making an enquiry about the grant being given to OPJS university against the students for higher education. The money is flowing like a shower to Joginder Dalal because of the adds given on the net and thousands of students have paid the money to their account but donot know from where they will get their degree as no responsible person is there and they onle come to collect the money and ran away from the campus.

   All the vicitums can be called for their statements and the proofs on the facts above are available with me.

   I known that I and my family may be killed by this man but if you can save lacs of people of the country to be looted by this man.
