Major Reshuffle in Punjab Police | 21 IPS Transferred

21 IPS Transfers in Punjab Police | The Punjab Govt has shifted 21 IPS Officers across the state with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :

• Shri Naunihal Singh IPS (1997) presently IGP- Personnel  Punjab, Chandigarh and in addition IGP- PAP-II & Disaster Management, Jalandhar transferred as  IGP- Personnel, Punjab, Chandigarh and in addition IGP- Crime, Punjab, Chnadigarh.
• Shri Shive Kumar Verma IPS (1998) presently IGP- Bathinda Range, Bathinda transferred as IGP – Law & Order, Punjab and in addition IGP Security, Punjab.
• Shri Kaustabh Sharma IPS  presently CP- Ludhiana transferred as IGP- Human Rights, Punjab, Chandigarh and in addition CP- Ludhiana.
• Shri Harjeet Singh IPS (2010) presently SSP- Ludhiana (Rural) transferred as AIG Armament,  Punjab, Chandigarh .
• Shri Damya Harish Kumar Omprakash IPS (2014) presently SSP- Vigilance  Buerau, Bathinda transferred as SSP- Khanna in place Shri Ravi Kumar IPS.
• Shri Ravi Kumar IPS (2016) presently SSP- Khanna transferred as AIG- Counter Intelligence Punjab, Chandigarh.
• Smt Simrat Kaur IPS (2016) presently DCP- Hqrs. Amritsar transferred as AIG Counter Intelligence, Patiala , Punjab .
• Shri Harmanbir Singh IPS () presently AIG PAP-II  Jalandhar, and in addition Commandant-cum-Deputy Director (Indoor) MRS PPA Phillaur transferred as Commandant- 7th BN PAP,  Jalandhar , Punjab.
• Smt Vatsala Gupta IPS (2016) presently DCP Hqrs,  Jalandhar, and in addition DCP-II, Jalandhar transferred as DCP- Hqrs., Jalandhar, Punjab .
• Shri Varinder Paul Singh IPS  presently available for posting on  transfer  from AIG- HRD, Punjab, Chandigarh transferred as AIG- Security Punjab, Chandigarh.
• Shri Aditya IPS (2018) presently ADCP- Hqrs., Jalandhar transferred as ADCP-2, Jalandhar, Punjab .
• Shri Ashwani Kapoor IPS (2018) presently AIG- CI, Pathankot transferred as AIG SSOC, Mohali, Punjab .
• Shri Abhimanyu Rana IPS (2018) presently ADCP City-3, Amritsar transferred as ADCP City-3,  Amritsar and in addition SP- AGTF, Amritsar, Punjab .
• Shri Nanak Singh IPS (2011) presently AIG- Personnel- 1, Punjab transferred as AIG , Personnel-1, Punjab, Chandigarh, and, in addition, JUG Community Policing, Patiala Range, Patiala, Punjab .
• Shri Varun Sharma IPS (2014) presently AIG CI-II, Punjab, SAS, Nagar transferred as AIG CI-IL  Punjab,  SAS Nagar , Punjab.
• Shri Harcharan Singh Bhullar IPS (2014) presently AIG- Intelligence, Punjab transferred as AIG- Law & Order, Punjab, Chandigarh, Punjab .
• Shri Praveen Sinha IPS (1994) presently available for posting now appointed as ADGP- Cyber Crime, Punjab, SAS Nagar with additional charge of ADGP- NRI , Punjab, SAS Nagar.
• Shri Shashi Prabha Dwivedi IPS (1993) presently ADGP- HRD, Punjab, Chandigarh transferred as ADGP- Railways,  Punjab vice Shri M F Farooqui IPS.
• Shri Ishwar Singh IPS (1993) presently ADGP- Law & Order transferred as ADGP – HRD, Punjab with additional charge of ADGP- Welfare, Punjab .
• Shri M F Farooqui IPS (1995) presently ADGP- Railways, Punjab, Chandigarh and in addition ADGP- Public Grievances, Punjab, Chandigarh transferred as ADGP- State Armed Police,  Jalandhar Cantt., Jalandhar and in addition ADGP- Public Grievances, Punjab, Chandigarh.
