Shri M Raghunandan Rao IAS (Telangana 2002) presently Secretary – Agriculture & Co-operation Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner- Commercial Taxes vice Smt K Haritha IAS (2013). He has been given the full additional charge as Commissioner- Transport vice Shri K Surendra Mohan IAS (2006),Telangana.

He has previously served as Secretary, Agriculture & Co-operation Department, Government of Telangana, where he played a key role in advancing agricultural policies and strengthening cooperative frameworks in the state. His tenure as District Collector and District Magistrate of Rangareddy and Krishna districts was marked by efficient administration, proactive leadership, and citizen-focused initiatives.
Earlier, he also contributed significantly as Additional Chief Executive, Society for the Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), implementing programs for social justice and empowerment, and as Joint Collector, Khammam, where his dedication to land revenue management and district administration earned widespread recognition.
