Dr M M Kutty IAS (UT:85) presently Special Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. The officer will take over as Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas on superannuation of Shri K.D.Tripathi IAS (AM 1980) on 30.06.2018.
