Shri Kumar Kamlesh IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1986) presently Additional Chief Secretary to Govt of UP Science and Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary to Govt of UP Planning & Programme Implementation Department and also hold Science and Technology Department.
